About Me

I’ve had the pleasure of living and working in several of Toronto’s great neighbourhoods, each with its own distinctive vibe and charm.

I grew up in the east end with roots in Scarborough, the Upper Beaches and the Danforth. I attended the University of Toronto and made my home renting in the Annex, Kensington, Little Italy, and Brockton Village. I first experienced home ownership with my partner at a new-build condo in Willowdale, and most recently purchased my first house in South Etobicoke near the lake, where I have lived for the past 7 years. I spent years working in mid-town Toronto, Fort York, Liberty Village, and King West. I have also come to know and love parts of Vaughan and York Region. I have enjoyed a few exceptional areas in Simcoe County and Muskoka for the majority of my life as well.

I can say with conviction that my knowledge of Toronto, the GTA, and many coveted pockets north of the city runs deep.

I started my career in real estate working for a developer, then as a listing coordinator for a luxury brokerage, and on to working as an executive assistant to a few of the top realtors in Toronto, Canada. I am now a realtor myself. My primary focus is residential resale properties including freehold homes (detached, semi-detached & row houses) and condos (apartments & townhomes). I draw on years of knowledge and experience buying, selling, and leasing property to help my clients make strategic and well informed real estate decisions from start to sold.

I have a keen eye for the architecture, systems, and aesthetic finishes of a home. I love to see contemporary renovations that compliment period details and preserve the character of Toronto’s great century homes. Likewise, in condos and newer builds I’m looking for durability of materials, full-size appliances, functional layouts, and rooms with actual doors and exterior windows. (Builders, is that really too much to ask?)

I studied Environmental Geography and English before I studied Real Estate. I bring a unique combination of skills to the table including an understanding of landscape ecology (think water and erosion and ways these might affect a property), an ability to interpret complex data sets, and share this knowledge with other people in a clear and meaningful way.

When it’s time to relax you can catch me outdoors cycling, hiking with my husky, enjoying a summertime patio, or sharing good food with family and friends throughout the year.

I would like to hear from you, whether you have a serious interest in buying and selling real estate, or if you have questions about the market and want to have an informal chat.
