Hi, I’m Amy Whittam
I’m a realtor with Bosley Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My primary focus is residential resale properties including freehold homes (detached, semi-detached & row houses) and condos (apartments & townhomes). I draw on years of knowledge and experience buying, selling, and leasing property to help my clients make strategic and well informed real estate decisions from start to sold.
I have a keen eye for the architecture, systems, and aesthetic finishes of a home. I love to see contemporary renovations that compliment period details and preserve the character of Toronto’s great century homes. Likewise, in condos and newer builds I’m looking for durability of materials, full-size appliances, functional layouts, and rooms with actual doors and exterior windows. (Builders, is that really too much to ask?)
